An impressive fireworks display welcomes the first container ship in Tuxpam Harbor.
On past Monday, July 4thof 2016, arrived the first container ship to the new port terminal in Tuxpam, Veracruz. This happened a couple of days before expected, so the logistics and organization of the arrival of the ship changed on the last days as the container ship went through Pacific Mexican waters.
The arrival of the Hammonia Venetia started officially the operations of the renewed port terminal of Mexico.
The new Tuxpam Port Terminal (TPT) facilities placed on the international map this important region of Veracruz. As celebration for this there was an impressive fireworks display carried by Pirotecnia Internacional; local and State authorities gathered to witness this show and the arrival of this massive container ship with Portuguese flag.
With a spectacular frame and a beautiful background composed by the tallest cranes for load and unload of the containers, and the majesty of the enormous ship, started the fireworks show with several types of pyrotechnic effects.
A sonorous background of “sones huastecos” and folkloric Mexican music hosted one of the largest fireworks displays on the region, where VIP personnel assist and enjoy this great spectacle as they had a sip of a cocktail, accompanied by Mexican marine authorities and ship company authorities.
“We believe that this port development will start positioning TPT as one of the most important marine ports in Mexico, creating jobs and investment for all this region and that’s why we have a big celebration”, said a high executive of the port operation company.
Pirotecnia Internacional salutes this great news for the region and the country.
