On February 25 took place the opening of one of the places that will change the northeast face of the City, its the Arena CDMX, an ambitious project that looks to become one of the most important entertainment centers in Latin America.
Over 8 hectares of extension and capable of host 22,000 people, it started operations with a Luis Miguel concert and an aerial celebration which Pirotecnia Internacional had the distinction to present.
Several personalities assisted to the opening: Ricardo Salinas Pliego, General Director of Avalanz Group; Miguel Ángel Mancera and Marcelo Ebrard, the highest civil authorities in Mexico City. Expectations were high and large, as the enclosure and as important as the project of which the Arena is included.
About 19,000 people assisted to the concert, at the end of which took place a large fireworks display, worthy of the night that hosted the event. All the people inside the Arena saw the show on a 336 square meters screen, while other thousands Azcapotzalco inhabitants watched it from their cars, homes and public streets.
The singer Luis Miguel appreciated the last part of the show from a VIP seat, on its helicopter while he was leaving the Arena and waving the crowd.
Pirotecnia Internacional placed a cherry on top of the cake, on the opening of a show center that aims to become one of the most important of its kind in Latin America.
