One year after the feat BizBash Media Inc, the American world-famous company of news, resources and ideas for professionals of the entertainment industry, meetings and special events, has claimed as winner of the “Best Illumination design for events” to the iconic “BBVA Tower” in Mexico City, during its awards night on past November 16thof this 2016.

The jury was shaped by professionals of the entertainment industry from all over the world; and the company, leaded by the well recognized American business man David Adler, old wolf of the media industry and producer of world class events, gave the distinctive prize “Best of the best” to the opening of the corporate tower of BBVA- Bancomer Bank, in Mexico City.

This distinction is granted every year and under the tightest norms for quality, safety and artistic conception, to the most shocking and thrilling show during the year in course.

Even above the New Years Eve Show displayed on the tallest tower in the world, The Burj Khalifa in Dubai, Arab United Emirates, or the July 14thcommemoration of the Bastille Day on the Eiffel Tower, in Paris, or even the ceremonies of opening and closure of the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, the BBVA Tower Opening Show in Mexico City won the prize and recognition of the world community and surpass the mentioned events.

The BBVA Tower is an architectonic icon of Mexico City, is on the glamourous Reforma Blv, it was opened on February 9th2016 by the Mexican president Enrique Peña Nieto and the Mayor of Mexico City Miguel Ángel Mancera in a closed doors ceremony hosted by members of the executive council of BBVA Group such as Francisco Gonzalez, Luis Robles Mejía and Eduardo Osuna.

The opening show of the tallest tower in Mexico City resulted from the complex process of installation of the show, at where we worked side by side with the general producers for 30 days; the goal was clear: present an unprecedented fireworks show, something never done in the country.

This show was the winner on the New York gala of November 16thfor the BizBash Prizes.

The BBVA Tower was designed by architects Víctor Legorreta and Richard Rogers was also distinguished on the field of productions, marketing trends, design and style.
